Because it is important to us to serve our students, we carry many entry- and intermediate-level instruments on a daily basis. But you can also find higher-end and specialty instruments that we have found from time to time. When you buy a guitar or any stringed instrument from any source, you should be sure that it is in playable condition before you leave with the instrument. Many boxed guitars are not playable until some basic adjustments have been made. Buster's guitar and stringed instrument specialists will be sure that every instrument at its best before it is placed on the sales floor.

Every instrument at Buster's Guitar Store has undergone our ten-point professional setup and detail, a $50 value:

Inspect for manufacturer’s defects
Adjust neck
Adjust action at nut and saddle
Adjust intonation
File frets as needed
Tighten tuner screws and nuts
General cleanup
Lubricate tuning keys
Inspect strings and replace as needed
Stretch and tune strings

Buster's Guitar Store offers a varied selection of new and used electric and acoustic guitars, basses, mandolins, banjos, ukuleles, amplifiers and accessories for players of all levels.

We acquire some of our inventory from MIRC Guitars, a reseller of "B" stock and refurbished name brand instruments. These instruments may have small cosmetic flaws that are difficult to detect, and never affect the playability of the instrument. But due to something like a small imperfection in the finish, the instrument is priced far below retail. Buster's owner, Bill Guinn, personally inspects each instrument to ensure it is in optimal playing condition.
